Privacy policy
Data we process
PinPost processes your email, authentication identity, display name, handle, avatar, selected language, drafts, uploaded images and videos, and activity records needed to operate and secure the service.
Purpose and service providers
We use this information to authenticate you, save drafts, display previews, improve text when you request AI assistance, and prevent abuse. Account data and private media are stored in Lovable Cloud. Text sent for AI enhancement is processed by the AI service provider; do not submit sensitive or confidential information. Google sign-in is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Storage and retention
Private media uses temporary signed links. Account data remains while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile, drafts, media and application usage records. Operational logs and provider backups may persist for their service retention periods; we cannot promise immediate erasure from backups.
Advertising and payments
Advertising is disabled in this release. PinPost does not currently collect payment card information. If advertising or paid plans are enabled, this notice and applicable consent steps must be updated before launch.
Your choices
You may update your profile and language in the app, remove drafts, or request full deletion through the Delete account page. For privacy requests, contact edivansilva.santos@hotmail.com. We do not sell your personal information.
Local storage and security
We store your sign-in session and language selection on your device. Access rules isolate user-owned data. Keep your device secure and sign out on shared devices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
